Over the last 20+ years he has worked for over 100 of the Global 500, as well as for startups, consulting firms, think tanks, research companies and others forward thinking organizations.

Robert has helped core teams create billion-dollar businesses for Procter & Gamble, Kraft, WellPoint Health Networks and Apple. He created and launched multimillion dollar market research programs, as well as built businesses for blue-chip consulting, research, communication, packaging and marketing firms.

His background includes:

• Executive positions at Procter & Gamble and True North Communications
• Psychology and change management expertise at Harvard and SRI, a strategic think tank
• Group process expertise from leading organizations and individuals, including Procter & Gamble, Synectics and the Edward de Bono Institute.

Robert has a BBS from the University of Michigan with additional studies at Harvard University.
